Did you know...Angostura Bitters' badly fitting label was apparently an accident. The famous story says one of the Siegert brothers designed the label while the other designed the bottle.

They failed to coordinate with one another, accidentally producing a label that was too large, but then decided to keep it as it made the bottle look distinctive.

Wh**ky, Marmalade & Ginger Ale Cobbler (Serves 2)

INGREDIENTS:
- Ice
- 100ml Chivas Regal XV Wh**ky
- 2 heaped tsp St. Dalfour Marmalade
- 4 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 250 ml Thirsti Gingerale
- 2 Rosemary sprigs
- 2 Orange slices

HOW TO MAKE:
1. Add ice into the glasses.
2. Shake wh**ky, marmalade and bitters together (using the marmalade jar or a shaker). Pour over the ice and top up with ginger ale.
3. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of orange to serve.
