We may have been quiet on socials for a few days, but we were crazy busy out in the real world, all thanks to you. One of our most recent events saw us catering for 800 people who might possibly still be smiling.

This time around we even brought some branded cupcakes, along with our lekker spit braai lamb, grilled chicken drumsticks, baby potatoes, a beetroot and feta salad and also a fresh garden salad. This is a well-rounded menu because this how you get round 😅.

PG Glass brings the smiles… Outdoor Cuisine brings the feast
There was plenty of glass around at this PG Glass event, but thankfully nobody was looking through the glass when the food came out!

And judging by those smiles, we think the staff had a clear view of what was on the menu!
The whole list came to the party, the succulent lamb, juicy chicken ️, crispy baby potatoes, curried noodles, creamy coleslaw️, savoury rice and fresh garlic rolls all equals a Happy PG Glass team

When the plates are this full and the smiles are this wide, you know it was a good day!

Memories are always fun to go back on, to laugh and think of the good times and how silly we were a few decades ago and what better way to bring back those quirky memories than a high school reunion.

We recently had the pleasure of serving Wynberg Boys' High School Class of '86 at their reunion at the Constantia Bowling Club and what a cool bunch of gents. They were constantly complimenting the food, while coming to reload and that's a good sign. They had a full treat, juicy spit braai lamb, tender grilled chicken, tasty sausage, roasted potatoes, garlic rolls, feta and beetroot salad, creamy coleslaw and more.

This is the kind of vibe we love being a part of. Phoenix Risk Solutions/Bryte Insurance enjoyed a fancy dress lunch and this is right on top of our list of fun things to do, but our fun was all about the food.

While watching all the patrons rolling in with their cool outfits; pirates, apache's, mafia's and more, we were basting the spinning lamb and roasting those baby potatoes. We also brought along our creamy noodles, coleslaw and fresh garlic rolls to accompany the juicy lamb.

Property and food... you can't celebrate the one without the other, or so they say. We hosted Nox Properties for a celebration and you already know we pulled out all the stops.

The team came out prepared with all the good stuff, spit braai lamb, grilled chicken, grilled sausage, baby potatoes, garden salad and our spicey curried noodles. Enough food to get you ready to sell your house or buy another one.

Sometimes the best events are those intimate ones, where you can see and talk to everyone, but also where nobody can take your food without you knowing who it is.

Our crew was out at a beautiful intimate wedding in Portlands recently and as always it was our job to see that tummies were happy. We came loaded with our spit braai lamb, grilled chicken, roasted potatoes and a lovely Winter twist of savoury rice and tasty butternut.

The wedding cake and it's little sidekicks looked absolutely amazing, shout out to the baker.

So here's how we do a lunch buffet delivery.

We prep everything on our premises; spit braai that lamb and baby potatoes, make a tasty 4 bean salad and traditional creamy noodles and deliver all this goodness, in our ready to serve containers/warmers, along with fresh garlic rolls. We assist in setting up your buffet and leave you to enjoy your event.

Our team will collect our equipment the following day, even while you're still recovering from all the goodness. Just ensure that there are no left-overs😅.

We had a mission to fill 700 tummies at a recent sports day event for and pulled it off amaaaazingly.

Our team came prepared and set up our station to ensure smooth running. The menu consisted of juicy braai'd lamb chops, grilled quarter chicken, tasty sausage, spicey curried noodles and fresh garlic rolls. We had all the bases covered.

If you think we're just going to leave you to choose a lamb and walk away, then you will be mighty surprised to learn that we can be pretty flexible.

We recently had some juicy steaks, tender chicken and our very lekker sausage on the grills for one of our regular clients and now we figured out why they keep on coming back. You might think its the food, but it's so much more than that. Its also our pretty faces 😅😂 and also the great service.
