Easy to make.. You can use chicken fillet (quick fried in mayo) , mussels (fresh or frozen defrost with boiling water and drain) or with this recipe we used canned sea snails.
Drain the brine and put sea snails in a bowl. Melt butter and garlic in microwave, pour over meat and add Helderberg Aromate. Topped with lots of mozzarella cheese, stilton (blue cheese), olive oil, Helderberg Italian Spice and ground black pepper. Bake in preheated oven (150°C) until small bubbles form from the oil and cheese.. Cheese must melt slowly, not burn.
Serve with French Fries and/or artisan bread to soak up all that juice and flavours..
