Avante Brandy

Avante Brandy Global rugby superstars coming together to create the finest Cape Brandy. This movement does not stop at 15 men and their support team. Avante!

15 international global rugby superstars have come together to create a Cape brandy to take on

the world’s very best. Never before has a collective like this formed in the business world and it

can only be likened to a barbarians team that has come together to not just play but to

overcome all odds, to move forward and to win the World Cup of spirits. Lead by World Cup winning captain John Smit, this squad is selected from international

superstars past, present and future, with a common goal and a common sense of purpose. These are not just men who have succeeded at the highest level, but men who have faced

adversity, faced failure, taken the knocks and overcome to move forward and taste the victory

that is sweetened but the very real taste of defeat. These 15 men recognise that their collective talent and will power are not enough to take on the

world of brandy and cognac. They have teamed up with industry champions, entrepreneurs and

a distillery in the heart of the cape winelands with the longest history of award-winning, French

style brandy distillation. The Avante Gaurde has

contributors from all walks of life who know what it is to overcome, to move forward despite

setbacks, to learn from and to be propelled by these setbacks. Sportspeople, artists, business

people and normal men and women are joining the Avante Guarde movement, getting close

access to the 15 and their insider knowledge and being able to share their inputs, as a greater

collective with the mission to take on the world, to overcome, to move forward!

Shared around a fire. Shared around a game. Shared with the people who matter most.

Avante was never meant to be enjoyed alone, and neither should this moment.
