A big part of my work as a food and liquid stylist is sourcing the food and related products needed for a shoot. Food cost varies from about R3500-R4000 per day when shooting stills and easily R6000-R15000 per day when shooting tv commercials. I need to know what is in stock where, which supermarket or store carries specific products to satisfy the needs of African, European and American clients.
