It was a pleasure to be part of the V&A Waterfront V&A Waterfront Sustainable Seafood Fest, where we introduced visitors to premium caviar through live tastings, demonstrations and conversations about sustainable aquaculture.

From a gorgeous catering spread and elegantly styled setup by Vicky Crease team to beautifully crafted canapés and thoughtful details, we were honoured to help create an unforgettable experience celebrating South Africa’s exceptional hospitality industry.

Where each dish was thoughtfully curated to showcase the elegance of premium caviar, designed to balance flavour, artistry and refinement.
Beautifully presented through bespoke styling and meticulous attention to detail, transforming every course into an experience where luxury was not simply served, but felt.

A heartfelt thank you to LUXE team for trusting us with such a prestigious event and to Rageinc Productions whose incredible team captured every memorable moment so beautifully.
