As we head into the season and the start of our busy summer season here in Cape Town, one of the things we look forward to most is seeing how chefs bring their own ideas, techniques and creativity to the table.

For us, it’s not just about the best caviar in South Africa. It’s about what happens when exceptional ingredients meet a chef’s imagination.

And Chef Ismail “Fish” Amos at The Wiggle Room certainly knows how to make that happen.

We love seeing chefs take our caviar and make it their own, experimenting with flavours, textures and unexpected combinations. Giving talented chefs the freedom to create is what makes these collaborations so exciting.

With Cape Town’s summer season here, we’re looking forward to seeing even more creativity coming out of South Africa’s kitchens.

Here’s to creativity, collaboration and letting great ingredients speak for themselves.

It was a pleasure to be part of the V&A Waterfront V&A Waterfront Sustainable Seafood Fest, where we introduced visitors to premium caviar through live tastings, demonstrations and conversations about sustainable aquaculture.

From a gorgeous catering spread and elegantly styled setup by Vicky Crease team to beautifully crafted canapés and thoughtful details, we were honoured to help create an unforgettable experience celebrating South Africa’s exceptional hospitality industry.

Where each dish was thoughtfully curated to showcase the elegance of premium caviar, designed to balance flavour, artistry and refinement.
Beautifully presented through bespoke styling and meticulous attention to detail, transforming every course into an experience where luxury was not simply served, but felt.

A heartfelt thank you to LUXE team for trusting us with such a prestigious event and to Rageinc Productions whose incredible team captured every memorable moment so beautifully.
