Our core craft is producing fresh, high-quality Italian pasta made the traditional way - using only the finest Italian durum wheat semolina flour (unless otherwise specified). Each batch is extruded through bronze dies on classic machines to create that unmistakable texture that holds sauce beautifully. It's pasta made with integrity, heritage, and a whole lot of care.
