It’s spring! Time to plant our favourite foods…

HOW OFTEN??

Anyone else with this problem? 😉

A parfait (‘perfect’ in French) breakfast to usher in springtime. Ginger cookies layered with fresh berries and our favourite coconut yoghurt. Join us in welcoming the warmer days; maybe they’ll come quicker. (For those who prefer winter, at least this may help cool you down. 😉 )

P.S. Did you know? Parfait was originally enjoyed in 19th-century France as a rich, frozen custard. In the early 1900s it was adopted in America and adjusted to a layered ice cream dessert. We’re fans either way!

If you know, you know. 😉

Ooh, the ‘surprise’ addition to these overnight oats made ALL the difference. (We’re allowed to say that, because we really do enjoy our own products! 😉 ) The cookie in the middle layer goes soft like the biscuits in a tiramisu, and the topping adds a delightful sweet crunch. You could use any yoghurt, but we found the Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt added a puddingy quality to the whole affair. One can barely believe it’s not a ‘naughty’ dessert; and for breakfast, forsooth!

What do you do when it hits? 🙈

This one surprised us with how happy it made our taste buds after so LITTLE effort! A recipe going into the repeat box 😋

Aaaah. That looks cosy. Move over, grown-ups incoming! 😂😉

Lights, camera… uh, eating? 🍜

Proof! Dinner really can be ready (or, in this case, lunch 😉) in the time it takes to set up a camera and a light! 😂

Some fun from our latest food shoot. 🤣 We do laugh rather a lot, between all the "work" ( ). 😄
