Our Inzalo team was honoured to accept the Trophy as the winner of the Agave Spirit category at the InternationalSpiritsChallenge.

Sebastian and Diego, our founders, flew out to the United Kingdom to accept the award.

We’re proud to be pioneering a new class of agave spirits, made from 100% wild “red agave” found on ancient seabed soils in South Africa.

Batch One is where Inzalo begins. Our single barrels are where it goes next, four of them, each with its own story. This one is the rarest: distilled to 64% in a single 100L New American Oak barrel and rested over six months to draw out sweetness and floral perfume from the wood. What’s left is a light amber liquid - powerful, layered, complex. Only 164 bottles exist, the most limited release we’ve ever made. Sip it neat by the fire or over a block of ice.

French Oak, Single Barrel. Rested twice, once at 64% fill for oak character, once at 55% to soften and layer in complexity, then blended and bottled at 43%. Warm marmalade, honey and vanilla on the nose, smooth and restrained on the palate, letting the wild "red agave" lead.
A long, saline finish carries through—the same signature that runs across every Batch One.
