It’s been great to be back in the kitchen today - sadly the circumstances required bereavement meals for a family facing very a difficult time, but a kind friend has ordered some meals to take one less thing off their plate. I am absolutely delighted to announce that after a five-year break, I’ll be stepping back into the world of food and taking up the reins of Litchi Catering once again!

We’re back and better than ever — with fresh, exciting menus and bold new flavours designed to blow you away.

I’m also thrilled to share that I’ll be working alongside Preeti from The Culinary Project. Over the past three years, she and I have collaborated to create extraordinary culinary experiences all over Cape Town, and now I’m ready to return to Litchi full-time.

Beautiful Pesach dinner with one of favourite clients, buffet spread that included some of our favourites
Moroccan lamb loin chops with cumin, honey, coriander dressing
Chicken picatta (with matzo crumb) served with white wine, lemon caper sauce
Beetroot, fennel, apple, caramelised saltanas and sunflower seeds
Roasted eggplant with tahini sauce, spiced almonds and parsley
