📸 Bonheur GM2331 (Lot 7) was the highest-priced bull of the day, selling at R195 000. A Niemen Xpo grandson. Congratulations to Bonheur Brafords for breeding this top bull, and to the new owner, Jan-Abraham Joubert from Eastfield Brafords, Cedarville.

Die eerste groep Eastfield Braford-stoet koeie was ingebring vir dragtigheids ondersoeke, en ons is baie opgewonde met die resultate wat behaal is. Die kudde het ’n dragtigheidsyfer van 91% behaal met 71% deur middel van KI. Hierdie resultate is besonders bemoedigend aangesien dit die eerste jaar is wat ons KI toepas, hierdie resultate bewys dat die KI program goed werk met doeltreffende bestuur.

The first group of Eastfield Braford stud cows were brought in for pregnancy testing, and we are very excited about the results achieved. The herd achieved a conception rate of 91%, with 71% through AI. These results are particularly encouraging, as this is the first year we have implemented AI, which demonstrates that the AI program is working well with effective management.

By Eastfield Brafords is ons doel eenvoudig: om betroubare, aanpasbare en funksionele beeste te voorsien wat geskik is vir Suid-Afrikaanse toestande.
Ons nooi almal uit om ons blad te volg om op hoogte te bly van ons vordering, ons kudde en alles wat op die pad gebeur.
