El Choco Loco — Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout
Dark, smooth and just a little dangerous. El Choco Loco is a rich Mexican hot chocolate-inspired stout brewed with cacao, cinnamon, chilli and a creamy stout base.
Expect layers of dark chocolate, roasted malt and gentle spice, rounded out by a soft sweetness and a warming chilli finish.
Tasting notes:
Aroma of cocoa, cinnamon and roasted malt. Flavour starts with smooth chocolate and light coffee, then rolls into subtle vanilla sweetness, earthy chilli depth and a soft warming spice. Full-bodied, creamy and dangerously drinkable at 5% ABV.
Best enjoyed: slightly cool, with dessert, braai smoke, or questionable life choices.
