A 6.35kg bag of chilies became 4.7kg of prepared chilies, some lost moisture before I started preparation. Then off to the food processor, into pots and the other secret ingredients added. Cooking it 1.5 hours. I wonder how many bottles will I get.

Update: 33 bottles

‘n 6.35kg sak chilies het 4.7kg verwerkte chilies geword a.g.v. effense verdamping. Toe voedselverwerker toe, in potte in en die geheime bestandele begesit. Dit kook vir 1.5 uur. Ek wonder hoeveel botteltjies gaan ek kry.
