Over 900 000 REDEMPTIONS. ONE SERIOUSLY SHARP COLLECTION.

South Africa has been cooking, chopping, slicing, and collecting, and 900 000 nutrifresh™ redemptions later, it’s clear that this is more than just a kitchen upgrade. It’s a collection worth getting your hands on.

With shoppers already claiming 900K redemptions, the question is no longer “Are you collecting?” It’s “Which knife are you getting next?”

Shop. Collect. Save. Build your nutrifresh ™ collection at SPAR.

When women’s health matters, the conversation matters. ❤️
At SPAR, we believe that empowering women also means creating spaces where women can learn, ask questions, share experiences, and have open conversations about their health and wellbeing.

The Women’s Health Matters Conference brought women together to shine a light on the health issues that affect us through every stage of life, creating an opportunity to listen, learn and start conversations that too often go unspoken.

Because when women are better informed about their health, they are better equipped to advocate for themselves, support one another, and make empowered choices.

Her health matters. Her voice matters. Her future matters. Today and every day, we . ❤️
