WE’RE HIRING | FEEDMILL MANAGER

Are you a strong operational leader with a passion for production, people and continuous improvement?

Karan Beef Farming is looking for an experienced Feedmill Manager to lead our feedmill operations in Albert Falls.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical operation — ensuring the efficient production of high-quality livestock feed while driving operational performance, quality, safety and cost control.

What we're looking for:
✔️ Degree or Diploma in Animal Science, Agriculture, Production Management, Operations Management or a related field
✔️ 3–5 years’ management experience within a feed manufacturing operation
✔️ Strong knowledge of feed production, quality assurance and inventory management
✔️ Experience in preventative maintenance and production optimisation
✔️ Strong budgeting, cost-control and business skills
✔️ Excellent leadership and people-management abilities
✔️ Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
✔️ A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
✔️ Willingness to work weekends, shifts and overtime, and to travel when required

Your impact will include:
Leading daily feedmill operations, driving production efficiency, managing inventory and costs, developing teams, overseeing maintenance and ensuring compliance with OHS, GMP and HACCP standards.
