This year we are welcoming back Premier Pure Fusion and Babylonstoren, as well as welcoming two new additions in Doolhof and Wat wil jy drink? Bring your festival map and find us on the way.

Something small and sweet is on its way to Die Spens. Little nougat bites from Karoo Blessings, already a favourite since our first taste, arrive soon. The kind of treat you buy for the drive home and finish before you reach the pass. Ask us to put some aside!

It's the end of September and we cannot wait for all that October has in store, including the much anticipated Cape 2 Clarens W**e Festival. We has the best time last year, and this year will be even better!

The spring holidays have opened the roads to Clarens and the village is filling up again. Galleries open, mountains green, coffee on. It's world tourism day, and we would not want to be anywhere else except in Clarens! Come see what spring looks like from here!

It started with a toucan in Brazil and became a South African roastery with a conscience. 3 Lads and a Toucan source their beans directly from origin and support the Zululand Conservation Trust with every bag. Heritage Month starts with the makers.

There is a strong case for keeping a jar of this in the pantry at all times. Eat So Fluffy's Turkish delight marshmallow spread, rosewater and all, turns toast into something worth getting out of bed for. This one has quietly become a favourite around here.

Sunday mornings move a little slower here. A 3 Lads and a Toucan cappuccino from our coffee bar, a seat by the window, and nowhere in particular to be. It's the kind of pause that makes the rest of the week worth it.

This week Clarens becomes a starting line! The Old Mutual Go2Sea sets off from here tomorrow, 180 kilometres of mountains between these riders and Ballito! We are so excited to welcome all the cyclist to the village, pop in to say hello to Carla and Die Spens team!
