Big Easy Chenin Blanc
paired with Jackal Hill Caledon
A creamy, Camembert-style cheese paired with the fresh flavours of the orchard — apple, ginger, toasted walnut and a touch of thyme on toasted crostini.
A beautiful meeting of creamy, crisp and gently sweet, bringing out the fresh fruit and subtle spice of the Big Easy Chenin Blanc.
🍓THE SUMMER JOURNEY
Big Easy Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé
paired with Jackal Hill Plain Feta
Creamy, salty whipped feta meets the sunshine flavours of ripe peach and strawberry, finished with fresh basil and a delicate Rooibos infused honey and a balsamic touch.
Bright, fresh and beautifully balanced — a taste of summer in every bite.
🍷THE W**ELANDS JOURNEY
Ernie Els Signature
paired with Jackal Hill Terroir
A rich, earthy Tomme-style cheese paired with spiced plum compote, toasted almond and a hint of rosemary and cracked black pepper.
The fruit and gentle spice complement the deep character of the Ernie Els Signature, creating a pairing that is bold, warm and distinctly South African.

Brett’s Good AD-WEISS is back!
Brewed with pilsner malt and wheat for a smooth, creamy body, this classic Weiss delivers beautiful notes of banana and clove. Delicate Hallertauer Hersbrucker hops add soft earthy and fruity aromas, while Belgian Wit yeast brings a touch of peppery spice and bright fruity character.
This is a small-batch, limited-volume special, so don’t wait — once it’s gone, it’s gone!
