48 hours. Three types of wild meat. One fire. 🔥

I decided to push the limits of my outdoor cooking this weekend by keeping things simple—letting the natural flavours of bushpig, trout, and rabbit shine. It’s amazing what you can create with just a little patience and the right cuts!

A massive thank you to Aloes Meats for providing the top-tier ingredients that made this tasting session possible. 🥩✨

Watch the full breakdown of how I prepared these dishes on the grill and in the air fryer. Have you ever tried bushpig or rabbit? Let me know in the comments! 👇

Braaiing Crocodile Tail before a coastal storm! 😱🐊
We took two of the wildest meats you can put on a grid—dense, smoky Crocodile Tail and rich Warthog cheese Wors—and headed straight into the elements at Palm Beach, KZN South Coast!

No fancy sauces. No hidden marinades. Just coarse salt, black pepper, open wood fire, and incoming raindrops. Watch until the end to see how these massive beachside crocodile burgers turned out before the storm completely hit us! 🍔🔥

👇 Have you ever tried crocodile or warthog meat before? Let me know in the comments how you would cook this!

The absolute biggest mistake people make with wild game? They treat it like beef and overcook it until it's dry. ❌

It’s Tuesday, so we are keeping it completely fuss-free. I’m putting a lean, rich wild Venison Rump head-to-head with some juicy, marinated Sticky Pork Ribs from Aloes Meats to prove just how easy it is to cook wild.

Watch the slice on that venison rump—properly juicy and perfectly pink inside. And those pork ribs? Let's just say my daughters absolutely demolished them before I could even get the camera packed away.

You don't need to be a chef to master the braai grid. You just need hot coals and the right cuts. 🪵🔥

Huge shoutout to the team at Aloes Meats for keeping our weekends wild. Head over to their website to check out their massive range of game and everyday favorites.
