A splendid morning spent presenting on Alpacas at the Amber's Garden Club Event this morning.
Nirvana Farm, is not only home to Endeavour Alpacas Alpaca Sanctuary, but also Nirvana Essential Oils KZN growing and harvesting fresh organic Rosemary for market as well as distilling Rosemary Essential Oil and Hydrosol. Nirvana Outpost is our quaint peaceful little tepee camp where guests can escape the hustle and bustle of the rat race, and Succulent Gems KZN home nursery, where we propagate and sell a huge selection of succulents.
We not only had the opportunity to showcase some of our own beautifully hand crafted beanies, gloves and cowls, magically spun and knitted up by our own Rumplestiltskin aka Pam Ellenberger Kleiman, scarves, throws, blankets and mats woven by Berg Weaving, hand felted "Pucki" bears by Verena Hinsch Makuti Stud, we also introduced Cape Alpaca socks which was an absolute winner.
A fleece processing demonstration of carding and spinning the fleece followed.
A huge shout out to Marilyn Northmore for the invitation, Talborne Urban Organics Talborne Organics Agri for the sample packs of organic fertilizers and our 2kg Prizes, and last but most importantly, Judy from the Natural Resources who was my wingman for the day and handles all the sales!!
Adel Foster from IN THE OFFICE FURNITURE was responsible for my stunning eye catching banner and lovely tablecloths!! You are legend Dellie!!
