A lot people think once they start their own businesses then they become their own bosses. This is not the right mentality to go about it.

When you start a business, allow yourself to be a servant...the boss is the customer not you, remember the customer is the one who pays you, pays your bills and pays your stuff. The more bosses you can have the better your business can get.

That why in our townships we refer customers as "Lekgowa, Ngamla, Mlungu" which they all means a boss.

How To Apply For NYDA Funding ⬇️

For NYDA to fund your business, you need first to attend their Business Management Course Training (BMT)

REQUIREMENTS:
- BE Youth Between The Age Of 18-35
- Have a Business or Business Idea
- Be a South African Citizen

You will receive a certificate on completion which will help you to apply for NYDA's grants and business vouchers.

If you already have a business management or entrepreneur qualification or certificate you don't need to attend their training.

Inspiration of the week

Mr George Magwabeni the owner of MGB Hotel, a luxury hotel situated at Sibasa village in Venda (Thohoyandou). When he started out his hustling journey he had no capital, he continued establishing other businesses which they all failed in his early stages. Until he found his way of breakthrough in the other two businesses PIB (Proffesional Insurance Brokers) which is a company that offers funeral plan services,
and MTG Funerals which is a company that offers burial plan services, and the business got a R10K funding. He reinvested the profits and started a hotel business and the rest is history.
