🍸 Shake things up with The Town Gin Sour recipe.

Meet another one of our signature c**ktails, The Town Gin Sour. A smooth, citrus-forward c**ktail made with Rivertown African Dry Gin ✨.

Would you try this one?

Ingredients:
🥃 50ml Rivertown African Dry Gin
🍋 25ml Lemon Juice
🍯 20ml Simple Syrup
☁️ 20ml Aquafaba
🌿 2 dashes Herbal Bitters

How to make it:
1️⃣ Add all ingredients into a c**ktail shaker with ice
2️⃣ Shake well for 20–30 seconds until chilled & frothy
3️⃣ Strain into a chilled copè glass 🍸
4️⃣ Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.

Our Rivertown African Sky Blue Gin, a vapour-infused blend of 11 botanicals, led by ‘mhlonyane’. A soft aromatic herb found in the Southern tip of Africa, as far north as Ethiopia. It is one of the most widely used medicinal plants in the region, known for its relaxing properties.
