This weekend in Durban, our team of chefs also had the privilege of assisting Chef Shankar. It was a truly memorable experience filled with learning, collaboration, and culinary inspiration.

When Fiona and I started PlayZN we genuinely had no idea what we were in for, and maybe it was better that way.

19 months in and we see the direction PlayZN has taken and it's better than anything we could have imagined.

That said, we created a business anyone can listen to... or watch... for free. And because we're doing things differently, the traditional radio advertisers are nervous of us and the big corporates don't quite understand us yet.

The thing is, with two women at the helm, intuition is a major part of how we 'play' and we believe wholeheartedly that we're really onto something big. And we need your help...

Tonight we had the pleasure of catering for a milestone 90th Birthday celebration for one of our valued returning clients.

Guests were welcomed with an assortment of handcrafted canapés, setting the tone for an evening filled with great food and wonderful memories.
