For the past 10 years Craig has immersed himself in the coffee industry. This Durbanite has experience in roasting, training baristas, judging barista co

mpetitions and competing in them. Craig has ranked in the top 3 and top 10 as a barista at provincial and national levels of these SCASA endorsed events. When not roasting green beans or hanging out in cafes for a living, Craig can be found cycling one of his 4 bikes along the Durban coastline or on an ice-cream date with his wife and children. Craig has gained respect in the local industry for his honest advice and genuine interest in and compassion for his customer’s businesses and their baristas, continually motivating them to advance their brewing skills. Coastal Coffee Roasters is a partnership between Craig and coffee. He is dedicated to bringing out the best in the beans he roasts and delivering a fresh product to those who understand the importance of serving the perfect cup of coffee. The one that makes you stop and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Or the one that makes it okay to share the silly story about the time you broke your board surfing at Umhlanga.
