Introducing our new Potjie concept!!!!

At Keep calm and Curry on , we are adding a new twist to our curry cooking lessons by introducing traditional potjie pots. These cast-iron pots bring people together around the warmth of slow cooking, creating rich flavors and unforgettable memories.

This was all introduced to me by a dear, dear friend of mine 💐

As the spices gently simmer and the aromas fill the air, students learn how patience transforms simple ingredients into extraordinary curries. From fragrant butter chicken to hearty lamb curry, the potjie pot allows every spice to develop beautifully, resulting in deeper, more authentic flavors.
