This year has been a year of transition, and a very necessary one for us at Tastebuds.

We’ve been a little quiet on here, but I’ve certainly not been quiet in the kitchen. I’ve been writing recipes, developing new menus, creating training material and working behind the scenes while we’ve made some big changes to the way we work.

It’s been a year of hard work, learning, reassessing and building, and although a lot of it has happened behind the scenes, it’s been an important part of shaping where Tastebuds is heading.

Now we’re heading into a very busy end of year with private cheffing, catering, private events and Christmas parties, and I’m really looking forward to seeing all that work come together.
