Our Merlog Food Safety Team recently completed Prerequisite Programmes (PRP) Workshop Training with Entecom, further strengthening their understanding of the foundational practices and controls that support a robust food safety management system.

Continuous learning is an important part of maintaining the high standards we set for ourselves — ensuring our team stays informed, capable and focused on protecting the quality and safety of the food we handle.

A great investment in knowledge, compliance and, ultimately, food safety from the ground up.

With new uniforms for our Cold Store team comes an opportunity to give the previous ones a second life. We gave our preloved uniforms, still in great condition but some needing minor repairs to Use-It NPO in Hammarsdale who repaired the ones that needed a little TLC and helped us get them out to Masimbonge Old Age service centre where they'll help keep some elderly folk warm this winter.

A small change for our team, with a meaningful impact beyond it ❤️
