It's that good. It's not your average meal for an average event. Its an extra-ordinary meal for an extra-ordinary event. In short, try to think of your mother's favourite Sunday dish...on your favourite Sunday of the year a distant memory once your tastebuds meet with perfection. With ingredients like Love and Patience, Williams Caterers are here to stay. Tracey has always been a person who loved
cooking. She would cook extravagant , meals on a Sunday and invite all her family and friends to share a meal with her. Everything she cooked seemed to multiply when she served others. It's a story straight out of the bible. A god loving single mother who has taken her entrepreneurial skills and created a business from humble beginnings. At functions there is always extra for the families to take home for their guests the next day. It all started at the workplace. When Tracey worked for a monthly salary she would cook at work functions. Her collegues would give her orders for delicious baked goodies like lemmingtons and milk tarts. This all included a daily planning schedule of waking up early hours of the morning before work at 5am to do the baking for orders. It also involved carrying her supply of goodies in large tupperwares using public transport. Everyone knew if they didn't bring lunch they could grab a bite at affordable prices from her. It was the deadly sting of retrenchment that birthed the survival of her self sustaining food sales money to feed her sons and pay for their education. Business grew and so did her confidence, Williams Caterers was born. The staff of Williams Caterers do everything from setting up to dishes. All work together in unity leaving guests with world class service. Tracey takes care of her staff. Her outgoing and engouraging spirit is a great motivation for them.
