With all the good we, have also, had some bad, we are still down a staff member with Sharon still recovering from major spinal surgery, we are now, down another staff member with Willem who is down and in hospital with renal issues, making it a bit more personal it's, my dad, so running between things and trying to be a family person too sometimes, stretches me to max as, we'll but I want to thank all our other staff members, who have understood and who have stepped in and taken over reigns, this, is a huge comfort and it proves to me, The Elders Voice KZN organogram works. Maybe a bit wonky and needs some work, but it works.
