Meet Annelize & Melanie.
Every great story has remarkable women at its core, and our story is no different.
Annelize is one of the founding hearts behind Maastricht Wines. Together with her husband, they purchased the farm in 1982, laying the foundation for what has become the beautiful estate so many know and love today. Through years of dedication, hard work and unwavering passion, she has helped shape Maastricht into more than just a wine farm - it's a place where people feel at home.
In 2016, Melanie joined the Maastricht family when she married Annelize's son, becoming part of the next generation carrying the estate's legacy forward. With fresh ideas, enthusiasm and the same deep love for Maastricht, she continues to help the farm grow while honouring the values on which it was built.
Together, these two incredible women are the heart and soul of Maastricht Wines. But what they're most proud of isn't just the vineyards, the wines or the tasting room - it's their people.
This Women's Day, we celebrate Annelize and Melanie, whose leadership is built on family, passion and gratitude - and we celebrate every woman who makes Maastricht Wines such a special place.
