When we say raw, we mean RAW.

Absolutely wonderfully 100% raw, pure and organic honey.

We don't do heat-treatment, irradiation, processing or adding/mixing with other stuff. We do natural, because we believe raw honey is a wonderful gift from the Lord to people.

We harvest our MILK & HONEY Raw Honey ourselves on Sunny Slopes Farm in Macleantown, Eastern Cape, then gently filter it to separate the wax from the honey and then transfer it to glass bottles, because, in glass, honey remains pure and as sweet as it was in its own natural reservoir.

Mediterranean Mezze charcuterie board

A flavour-filled board that brings Greece to you. Perfect with a sparkling water, sundowner spritz or glass of wine.

What’s On the Board:

Mixed olives

Feta cubes or marinated feta

Flatbread, pita chips or lavosh

Tzatziki or baba ganoush

Sundried tomatoes

Artichoke hearts or grilled capsicum

Pairs perfectly with a sunset 😉

Have a look at one of our favourite (super easy) appetizers! 🤤

The Honey drizzled Fig & Goat Cheese Butter board.

Ingredients:
-unsalted butter — we recommend using a high quality butter.
-fig preserves
-flaky sea salt
-goat cheese — we prefer to use a log of goat cheese and crumble it, rather than the pre-packaged crumbled goat cheese.
-small figs
- MILK & HONEY'S raw honey (if you know, you know!)

Instructions
-Spread the softened butter in an even layer on a board or small platter. Add some divots and texture on the surface with a butter knife or back of a spoon to create pockets for the toppings.
-Add small dollops of the fig preserves over the surface of the butter.
-Sprinkle the butter and fig preserves with the flaky sea salt.
-Crumble the goat cheese and scatter over top of the board.
-Add a few thickly cut fig slices onto the surface, this just makes it look gorgeous.
-Drizzle our M&H raw honey over everything. (This really brings all the flavours together!)

Enjoy immediately with crusty bread, crostinis, or crackers!
