POSITION AVAILABLE: Telesales Consultant โ FMCG Industry
Location: Sandton and surroundings, Gauteng
Position Type: Full-Time
We are a dynamic and growing company in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
โข Conduct outbound telesales calls to existing and prospective customers
โข Generate new leads and convert them into sales
โข Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
โข Maintain strong relationships with clients
โข Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
โข Update customer information and sales activity on internal systems
โข Assist the sales team with administrative support where required
Minimum Requirements
โข Minimum qualification: Matric (Grade 12) (tertiary qualification advantageous)
โข Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role (preferably in FMCG)
โข Strong communication and persuasion skills
โข Computer literate (MS Office, email, and order processing systems)
โข Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
โข Professional telephone manner
โข Mature, responsible, and reliable
