Jan was more than a winemaker, he was a mentor, a friend, and a man who cared deeply for the land and the people around him.
His humility, warmth, and vision will be missed beyond words, but his legacy will live on in every vine, every bottle, and every story shared over a glass.

Whisky lovers, from curious newcomers to seasoned connoisseurs, gathered to enjoy over 150 premium whiskies on pour – including rare and exclusive releases. Boplaas was sipped, savoured, and shared by impressed whisky drinkers across the board. 🥃

A well established, Cape Town-based, Wine Promotion Company is looking to hire part-time promoters in the Northern Suburbs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales orientated, target driven in-store promotions. The successful candidate will be paid an hourly rate based on level of experience for predominantly 3-hr weekend shifts.

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
Sales experience & excellent communication skills
Professional, mature & reliable
Self-motivated, honest & ethical
Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
Driver's license & own, reliable transport
Ability to be flexible with time
Available Friday afternoons & Saturdays
Available throughout the year
Contactable references
No ITC judgements

You will need to reside in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. A passion & knowledge of wine is an added bonus.
