Winter may look quiet in the vineyard, but there is always work happening. This is the time for soil recovery and setting the vines up for the next growing season.

For Ghost Corner Wines, these months matter. The Elim vineyards are shaped by cool conditions, ocean winds and careful hands, and that shows in the freshness, structure and restraint of the wines.

By the time harvest arrives, much of the groundwork has already been done and that is the thing about great wine: it starts long before the grapes reach the cellar.
