Try this delicious Spice Journey Curry Chunks & Potato Curry. Packed with flavour and made using our signature Spice Journey mixes. 🌿

🍛Spice Journey Curry Chunks & Potato Curry

Ingredients:
🔸️Curry Leaves
🔸️No. 1 Spice Journey Mix
🔸️No. 2 Spice Journey Mix
🔸️No. 3 Spice Journey Mix
🔸️Garlic & Ginger Paste
🔸️Finely Chopped Tomatoes
🔸️Soft-Cooking Potatoes
🔸️Spice Journey Curry Chunks
🔸️Finely Chopped Onion
🔸️Oil
🔸️Coriander
🔸️Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Add oil to a pot over medium heat.
2. Add curry leaves.
3. Open No. 1 Spice Journey Mix and add to the oil. Allow to infuse.
4. Add finely chopped onion and fry until golden brown.
5. Add garlic & ginger paste and fry for 1 minute.
6. Add finely chopped tomatoes and braise for 1 minute.
7. Add No. 2 Spice Journey Mix and stir.
8. Add No. 3 Spice Journey Mix with a little water and stir.
9. Once the oil comes to the surface, add Spice Journey Curry Chunks and stir.
10. Add salt to taste.
11. Add soft-cooking potatoes and cook until soft.
12. Garnish with coriander, serve and enjoy! 🌿
