Every now and then you come across a rare thing. In this case- affordable super hot chillies that are super high quality. We ordered a batch of super hots (reapers, ghosts, seven pot and who knows what else). They arrived in tip top shape after travelling all the way from Tzaneen to the Western Cape. Not a single one was rotten or bruised. These were smoked and dried - transforming them from already wicked looking bastards to stuff that looks like it comes from the inner deepest pits of hell. These will make their way into a limited edition pretty soon I hope. FARMS - WELL DONE!

In preparation for the next sauce making season we got our hands on some premium Habaneros, smoked and then dried them. We also tried having one each (the smallest we could get). On biting it, it just shattered like glass. Fine agony inducing hellglass. Well, we learn... it was very fruity and tasty though. A fine addition to our next sauce.
