During a photoshoot in Paris, at the Ritz. There was a constant scent that lingered in the hotel, which I loved. I purchased one of their candles, which I brought back to South Africa. Each time its scent filled the air, it transported me back to those unforgettable moments. This inspired me to develop a fragrance that evokes the serenity of the farm amidst blooming flowers, so that every time you smell it, you are transported back to the memories you created on our farm, essentially capturing the essence of the Vanderfax brand.

Our fragrant pink Stocks have arrived, qty is still low but will improve later in the season. Also noticing stronger, taller stems this season 💪🏻 Regeneratieve agri takes a while, but once you see the benefits you are hooked!

I can never say no to a good cup of tea and a good book! Pairing that with n beautiful bunch of fresh flowers from the farm garden makes it a proper “self love” moment.
Come on, we all work hard, we get overwhelmed and we don’t do whats necessary to keep our own cup full. How can you pour out to others when your own cup doesn’t over flow? Spoil yourself with some flowers and me time. You deserve it!

Our cover girl is the face of VANDERFAX for a year and will be used for most of our marketing and advertising campaigns. These ladies aren’t just pretty faces, they draw attention to our products and brand. They are ambassadors and have inspiring stories of their own.
Who will be our cover model for 2024?
Many of you have asked me what my fascination with Paris is. I had to really think about it because it is the one city I would return to again and again.
Except for the romance and beauty of Paris, I think my major fascination goes back to my favorite Icon, Coco Chanel. After reading her illustrated story by I was intrigued by her work ethic, style and incredibly strong character.
I’ve always loved her brand and decided that one day I would like the VANDERFAX brand to be known as the Chanel of flowers. If that can even be a thing?!

Walking the streets of Paris is amazing. It literally smells like perfume! Fresh flowers, patio gardens, coffee and bouquets around every corner. I am missing Paris!

I know I am obsessed with Paris. But during my photography years, I was able to do some great work there and I obviously fell in love with the place.
Many of my dreams, plans and even my very first flower course was in Paris. So lets just say its part of my DNA and you will always see hints of it in my feed.

After a very long, hot and incredibly busy season, I am starting to slightly fade. Energy dropping but I’m still going!
Thinking back of my Floral Inspired Paris trip. It makes me all excited again and gives me the energy to dream again and move forward. My goal is to take a flower inspired trip once a year.
Where should we go next? Somewhere Blooming inspirational!

Passion project #2 our fragrance range. Yes we’ve been working very hard on our beautiful and luxurious fragrance range for a few years. Our unique smell was developed especially for us in Paris. Inspired by a French Chateau story we told, how special that I can link this project and smell to a nostalgic moment in France?
We wanted to develop a unique range with a smell that signifies the essence of Vanderfax.
2024 will be the year of our launch. Keep an eye out for a lot of beauty and floral tones coming this way!
