A few numbers that tell part of the 2025 story:
- 2.7 million kgs of strawberries harvested — equivalent to 10.8 million 250g strawberry punnets. If stacked, they would span 1900 km.
- We picked approximately 90 million individual strawberries — enough to give the entire population of South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and Eswatini one strawberry each.
- We employed 1 100 individuals during the year.
- We worked 1 355 000 combined hours — the equivalent of 56 450 days, or 155 years.
- Our staff walked a staggering 2.9 billion steps — like walking from Cape Town to Johannesburg 1 387 times.
- We increased exports by 49% and local retail supply by 62%.
- Our nursery produced and sold 15 million plants, multiplied from just 82 original plants.
None of this happens without the daily commitment, discipline and effort of an exceptional team.
