Citrus fruits don’t ripen the way apples, peaches or pears do, but gradually mature and gain sweetness. Once mature, they don’t ripen further, but can be left on the tree for a few weeks.

Hope you’re all stocking up on flu fighting vitamin C filled oranges. We’re definitely enjoying our freshly squeezed orange juice ☺️
