Meals in a hurry.
One cup of rice. Half pkt Nats Curry Base, cup frozen peas and some veggies cooked in an air fryer. Bring rice, one and half cup water and frozen Nats Curry Base to a boil, reduce heat to a minimum and leave till cooked and water evaporates. Add a cup of cooked peas and roasted veggies. Mix together and serve, enough for 4 adults. You can add pieces of cooked chicken, meat or fish. Meal ready in 30 minutes.

Chicken Curry made with Nats Curry Base.
1 large onion chopped and browned, 2 tomatoes chopped up and cooked with the onion.
1kg of deboned Chicken chopped up into small pieces; semi cooked with the onion and tomatoes.
1 sachet of Mild Nats Curry Base added and left to cook through.
1 cup of milk added for a sauce.

Done in 20 minutes.
Served with Roti's
