Two private chef events. Two show-stopping menus by the Verve Caterers & Events team.
At Verve, we believe high-end luxury dining shouldn’t be limited by dietary restrictions. We recently curated and hosted two distinct, bespoke family-style events that were entirely dairy-free, wheat-free, and sugar-free.
🥩 Event 1: A Meat Lover’s Feast
To Start: Beef Carpaccio & Vitello Tonnato
Main Course: Wagyu Sirloin, Ribeye, and Fillet served with chimichurri, sweet potato mash, cauliflower purée, and crisp seasonal salads.
Dessert: An oatmeal cake with chocolate & vanilla.
🦪 Event 2: The Ocean’s Bounty
To Start: Oysters with mignonette, poached Lobster, Ceviche with a three-citrus dressing, Namibian Crab salad, and Caviar with buckwheat blinis.
Main Course: Roasted linefish with lemon & fried capers, roasted baby beets, asparagus, & broccoli spears.
Dessert: Vegan Key Lime Pie.
