What better way to spend your Easter Weekend than enjoying a wine tasting and artisanal picnic with your closest family, friends and the winemakers themselves!?

At the Wine Garden, the Maanschijn winemaking duo takes care of the variety of curated Overberg picnic bites for your enjoyment. Pair that with the Luma, Brunch Club or Herbarium wines by Maanschijn, and you’re sure to be in for a relaxed and enjoyable experience!

A slow, lazy morning or afternoon, in dappled sunlight, filled with tasty treats, vino, good company and stories, is just the recipe for a memorable weekend.

Located ten minutes from Hermanus, in the direction of Stanford, Doug and Paul look forward to sharing their hospitality in their tranquil space.

Gary Barlow and Ben Shephard are friends who appear on the 🍷 travel series Gary Barlow’s Wine Tour South Africa 🇿🇦. A visit to Maanschijn Wines Stanford was a highlight. Wine tasting was not all they experienced while here. Gary and Ben made a braai 🔥 while cruising on the Klein River Stanford.

BRUNCH CLUB!

We're elated to welcome the impending summer with our latest Brunch Club release - vintage 2024!

Designed for the daytime, and as refreshing accompaniments to friendly gatherings, they're deft, fresh and are best served chilled, with brunch.

Made in limited quantities, the trio of Methode Ancestrale, Dry White and, for the first time, Dry Rosé, provides an exciting and vivid supplement to your local hydration station.
