Look what I did!!!!!
I was recently invited to join the and attend their lavish end of year celebration and award ceremony. It was an excellent evening all round with wonderful food, entertainment and wine. What more could I ask for....well - I could ask to win the award for Startup of the Year - and so I did! Yay me!!!!!!

As an IPA lover, I was thrilled to receive a gift of superb IPA brewed locally by . IPA’s tend to bold flavours that can make it tricky to pair with food, but I’m always up for the challenge, especially if that means I get to drink more IPA, purely for scientific purposes of course.
From my menu, I would pair the IPA with my Buffel Bagel, the bold malt flavours synonymous with English style IPA matches the rich flavour of the salt cured beef and mustard of the bagel without one overpowering the other. The sharp zing of the pickled gherkins cuts through the delicate herbal tang of the IPA. A well-balanced flavour pallet fit for a feast!
Highly recommended.
