cts, and with 1 or 2 other local makers, we offer a weekly basket of fresh produce delivered to your door in Hilton, Howick, Merrivale & PMB. It represents my approach to Slow Food. The ‘Elemental’ refers to the more traditional methods used for curing and smoking, while also keeping in mind modern standards for hygiene and food safety. I believe in an unhurried approach to food, with taste and enjoyment being the primary consideration. I try to use the best quality ingredients I can find, local wherever possible, I grow my own where I can, and all meat I source from small-scale local farmers that treat their animals ethically.
