Our smooth textured Pate is slow cooked in pure butter and cold infused with fine brandy, which is why it is so loved from the Karoo to the Kruger, and even to Cambodia. Although our Pate is always fresh and never frozen, it makes for excellent freezing. Now available @ The Avenues Centre, Hilton, Kzn.
