Five years ago today — on 10th October — we sold our very first bottle of Zee’s Flava Fusion Fermented Louisiana-Style Hot Sauce. I can still remember that moment vividly… the excitement, the uncertainty, and the hope that maybe, just maybe, our passion could become something real.

What started as a dream — born from a deep love of food, flavour, and creativity — has grown into a proudly South African brand that continues to light up kitchens across the country.

It hasn’t been easy. There have been long nights, steep lessons, and countless moments of trial and triumph. But through it all, the purpose remained clear — to create something authentic, something made with heart, something that brings joy and connection through flavour.

Today, I’m deeply grateful —

🙏 To my family and friends, for their endless belief.
