Meat World Comaro is looking for an experienced and reliable Blockman to join our team.
The successful candidate must have strong experience in meat cutting, deboning, portioning, and preparation, with a commitment to quality, hygiene, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cut, debone, trim, and prepare meat products
• Portion meat according to company standards
• Prepare products for retail display and customer orders
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
• Support bulk order and stokvel order preparation
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
✅ Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Blockman or Butcher
• Strong knowledge of meat cuts and deboning
• Excellent knife skills
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Available to start immediately
