Beef celery is one of my personal favorite dishes of Sichuan food.
It’s usually heavy on garlic and chili. But here, I’ll put a hint of chili unless you want it HOT.
Personally I’m not crazy about celery, however when you put beef and celery together, the magic happens. Try for yourself if you haven’t, and tell me all about it?!
