3/4 (12) tablespoons of butter
1tbsp syrup
1/2 sugar
1tsp bicarbonate of soda
2cups oats
1cup decanted coconut
1 cup flour
1. In a sauce pan add butter, syrup and bicarbonate of soda, bring to a boil for 1min then put aside.
2. In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients and and then mix in the butter mixture.
3. Roll them into small ball or to your liking.
4. Bake at 180°C for 25min till golden brown and you can smell the oats cooking, they'll be soft when you take them out of the oven. Leave the to cool down then serve.
