Asian-Style Slaw Recipe - Cook-along coming up shortly ❤️
INGREDIENTS
- Red cabbage shredded long & thin
- Chinese cabbage shredded long & thin
- Carrots julienned long & thin
- Apple julienned long & thin
- Sprouts whole
Dressing
- Mayonnaise
- Soy sauce
- Rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- Sesame oil
- Honey or sugar
Method
1.Combine all vegetables & apple in a large bowl keeping the sprouts whole
2.In a separate bowl mix mayonnaise soy sauce vinegar sesame oil & honey until smooth
3.Taste adjust salt sweetness & acidity using soy honey & vinegar
4.Pour dressing over the slaw little by little
5.Toss gently to coat without bruising the cabbage or breaking the sprouts
6.Chill 15 to 20 minutes before serving
