An unusual thing to say before we've sold a single station: some of you shouldn't buy one.

A water refill station isn't a money-printing box you bolt to any wall. It works when four things line up:
β†’ Foot traffic β€” enough people passing who need water
β†’ Water pressure β€” the municipal feed has to actually deliver
β†’ Space & access β€” room for the station and for people to fill
β†’ Power β€” it runs 24 hours; it needs stable supply

Get those right and it's genuinely useful infrastructure for a community. Get one badly wrong and it's an expensive ornament.

So here's our promise, and it's the whole reason to deal with us rather than someone flogging machines off a truck: when you're ready, we'll assess your site honestly β€” and if it won't work, we'll tell you. A "no" from us is cheaper than a "yes" from someone who just wanted the sale.

We're not open yet (approvals in progress). The waitlist is where honest conversations start.

An honest promotional post: we have nothing to sell you yet. πŸ’§

Nala Water isn't open for orders. Anything that sells water by volume needs national type approval, and we're going through that process properly rather than cutting corners on something people will drink.

So what are we actually offering today? First access.

When we open, areas will be limited β€” one station serves a neighbourhood, and we won't crowd them. The waitlist is how we decide who gets first pick of location, and it's where the honest site conversations start (including the ones where we tell you your spot won't work).

If you're a spaza owner, a filling station, a church, or a stokvel looking at a shared venture β€” this is the moment to raise your hand, before areas are spoken for.

No cost. No commitment. Just first in line.

This one's not for the person filling the bottle. It's for the person who'll own the machine. πŸ‘‡

Nala Water stations are built to be operated by local business owners β€” you install one at your premises, and your community fills up 24 hours a day.

Who's it for?
β†’ Spaza shops & general dealers β€” a reason for foot traffic to come to you, day and night
β†’ Filling stations & convenience shops β€” a service the forecourt doesn't have yet
β†’ Backroom landlords, taverns, car washes, funeral parlours, churches
β†’ Stokvels & investment clubs β€” one station, split across ten members. This is the one we get asked about most.

Here's the part other people won't tell you: not every site works. Foot traffic, water pressure, space and power all matter, and we'll tell you honestly if yours isn't right β€” because a station in the wrong spot helps nobody.

We're not selling yet β€” approvals are in progress and we're doing it by the book. But the waitlist is how you get first access, and first pick of areas, when we open.

A spaza. A filling station. A church. A stokvel of ten. What do they have in common? A spot for a Nala station. πŸ‘‡

No mystery, no marketing spin. Here's exactly what a Nala Water station does. πŸ’§

In: ordinary municipal tap water.
Through: an 8–13 stage filtration process, including reverse osmosis, then ozone and UV treatment. A 200-litre buffer tank keeps supply steady.
Out: purified drinking water, metered by the litre, poured into your own clean container.

A few things worth being straight about:
β†’ It's reverse-osmosis purified municipal water β€” not spring water, not mineral water. Purified, at the point you buy it.
β†’ Twin dispensing means two people fill at once β€” no long queue.
β†’ Pay by QR code or cash. No cards.
β†’ It runs 24 hours, no staff, at your neighbourhood shop.
β†’ Price at the machine: R1.50 per litre (VAT incl.)

Bring your own bottle, pay for what you pour, walk away with clean water β€” at 6am or 11pm.

We're not selling stations yet (proper approvals are in progress). But if this belongs in your community, be first to know.
